Place your items in the basket using the ‘Add to basket’ button, then go to ‘View basket’ when you have finished shopping. ONLINE PAYMENT Payment can be taken using credit and debit cards in our secure payment area. Goods will only be despatched once payment is cleared. LOGIN & REGISTER You do have to register on the site to make purchases. Registration on the site requires a current email address and password of your choice.Once you register an account on the website you will be required to enter your password when making future purchases. Your name and address details will be securely saved to make future purchases quicker and easier. We do not keep any financial data relating to your credit or debit cards. If you forget your password you can be sent a new one. Simply click on the account link above on this page and follow the instructions. You will be sent an email containing a temporary password (It may be easier to cut and paste it). You can use this password to log in. Once logged in you can go to your details and change the password to one of your choice. UK Delivery: FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £6 We send out orders Monday-Friday by 2nd class post,it may take up to 4-5 working days to be delivered. During Ramadan and the week before Eid we send out orders Monday-Saturday.If you would like your order delivered in 1-2 days then please choose the 1st class delivery option. First Class UK delivery If you would like your order delivered quickly we can send your order by first class delivery this will cost £2 Guaranteed Next Day Delivery If you require your delivery to reach you by 1pm the next day then please choose the next day guaranteed delivery.We can only send your order for Next Day Delivery if you place your order before 4pm otherwise it will be sent the following day. Please note if you place your next day delivery order on a Saturday or Sunday then your order will be processed and sent out on Monday so you will receive it on Tuesday.Royal Mail Post offices are not open on a Sunday and do not deliver on a Sunday. International Delivery: Shipping to the EU costs are as follows: Order value range £1- £9.99 = £5.50 Order value range £10 - £19.99 = £10.50 Order value range £20 - £29.99 = £15.00 Order value range £30 and over = £20.00 Shipping to US & Canada costs £9.50 Order value range £6- £19.99 = £9.50 Order value range £20 - £29.99 = £12.50 Order value range £30 - £39.99 = £15.00 Order value range £40 and over = £17.50 To the rest of the world shipping is either £15 or £30 depending on the value of your order.Most international deliveries take 5 days but deliveries to the EU are quicker. Payment Options: Paypal If you would like to pay by paypal then please email us- [email protected], there is an additional 3.4% will be added to the final total,to cover the cost of the paypal fees. We will calculate the total for your order including the paypal fees and send you a payment link. Wholesale Orders We are always happy to sell our products to wholesalers, please contact us on [email protected] for a wholesale price-list. RETURNS & REFUNDS If you would like to return or exchange your purchase we are more than happy to do so. Please email us at [email protected] and we will promptly deal with your request.The postage cost of returned items will not be paid by us. Goods must be returned in a resalable condition in their original packaging. If the incorrect address is given by the customer and goods are not delivered then we will not refund the order as the mistake is on the part of the customer and we are therefore not liable.
